Apprenticeships at Aare Limmat Elektro AG
We educate and train apprentices in both Elektroinstallateur EFZ and Montage-Elektriker EF. Our goal is to inspire an appreciation for electrical installations within them and do our part to train our youth for the future. We value thorough training and education based on real-life applications. We support our apprentices with both practical and theoretical advice on their way to and through their certification (Lehrabschlusspruefung/LAP).
We are certified to train apprentices at both our locations in Baden and Olten.
We offer an apprenticeship trial, called a «Schnupperlehre» which helps us to assess whether there is sufficient interest in the profession and whether all necessary prerequisites are met for an apprenticeship as Elektroinstallateur EFZ respectively Montage-Elektriker EFZ.

An apprenticeship trial typically lasts a full week during which we aim to provide a look at the full width of the typical tasks of our profession. There will be a practical and written aptitude test at the end of the apprenticeship trial. A successful apprenticeship trial is a prerequisite for an apprenticeship in our company and is the base for a decision on whether or not we will offer an apprenticeship to a candidate.
