Annual Review 2023
The year 2023 will soon be history. We look back and are happy about the many exciting projects we were able to implement this year. We would like to show you a little insight into our past year.
Company dinner
Last Friday, we brought the year to a close with our traditional business dinner. We were spoilt with culinary delights at the Landhotel Hirschen in Erlinsbach. In the beautifully decorated dining room, we enjoyed an excellent menu and a cosy get-together with great conversation.
National Future Day
As part of the national Future Day, we welcomed interested young people to our team today.
NEO Badenfahrt 2023
The Badenfahrt is a folk festival in Baden that lasts several days and usually takes place every ten years. The most recent editions of the Badenfahrt attracted more than one million visitors, making it one of the largest festivals in Switzerland and by far the largest in the canton of Aargau.

Conversion of the Coop Megastore Perry Center Oftringen
In the Perry Center in Oftringen, we were able to carry out the renovation of the Coop Megastore on behalf of the Coop Cooperative.

Conversion of the old parish hall into the Frick police station
In the converted former parish hall, the canton police and the regional police (Upper Fricktal Police) share new and functional rooms in a central location for the Frick base.
Expansion of the Hendschiken temporary road traffic office (StVA)
The Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Aargau has to undergo a thorough renovation of its testing hall in Schafisheim. For this purpose, an existing hall on the Iveco site in Hendschiken was renovated and converted into a test centre.
Expansion of the Rivella AG photovoltaic plant
With the new photovoltaic plant, Rivella AG is implementing a further project from its sustainability strategy, with the aim of halving its CO2 footprint by 2030 and achieving net zero by 2050 at the latest.
MIETERAUSBAU BIZ NEXXT ROSENTHALSTRASSE BASEL
In a prime location in the middle of the city of Basel, we were able to realize the tenant fit-out for the education department of the canton of Basel-Stadt. The expansion extends over 3.5 floors and includes almost 3000m2 of rental space.
New apartment building Wohnen im Alter Nussbaumen
In the center of Nussbaumen we were able to realize the new building of the apartment building Wohnen im Alter. The new Minergie-A-Eco building extends over 4 floors and contains 13 rental apartments for people aged 58 and over.
New building EFH Panoramaweg Frick
A multi-storey single-family house with a wonderful view of the Fricktal was built in a privileged location in Frick. The building was completely equipped with the building automation control.
New Building GAG Lindenpark Balsthal
The new construction of the Lindenpark Dementia Centre comprises a development of the site with two identical residential buildings, each accommodating 6 residential groups, and a multi-purpose building.
New building MFH Wide View Vorhaldenstrasse Zürich
In the west of Zurich in the Zurich Höngg area at Vorhaldenstrasse 10, the WideView apartment building with 10 residential units was built.
New clean rooms Park InnovAare
As Switzerland\'s innovation park, Park Innovaare promotes the exchange between science and industry. In order to create the optimum conditions for research, development and production, ultra-modern cleanrooms have been installed.
New construction of a multi-family house on a slope
In Fislisbach, we were able to realise the new construction of the multi-family house "Wohnen am Hang".
New construction of SBB Regensdorf substation
The new construction of the SBB substation consists of a switching station building, a frequency converter plant and a 132 kV switchgear.
New construction of the Alte Leistfabrik residential complex
The "alte Leistenfabrik" development combines tradition and modernity and promises attractive living with a feel-good character. \r\nA residential development with 54 units has been built on the site in the style of the factory building.

The new building of the modern craft center is located in Oberentfelden. Over 2000 square meters of sales area on 2 floors are available to customers.
New construction of the JardinSuisse Aargau education center Birr
The new building of the training center for prospective gardeners is located on the area of the Neuhof vocational training center in the municipality of Birr.
New school complex with gym Stierenmatt Dietikon
The two school buildings and the gymnasium were completely modular and prefabricated in Möhlin. The temporary buildings will serve as a fully usable interim solution for around ten years
Refurbishment of HVAC systems at Aargauische Kantonalbank Baden
We were able to renovate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of the Aargauische Kantonalbank office building in a prime location in the centre of Baden.
Refurbishment of the Hotel Pullmann Europe Basel
The Hotel Pullman in a central location in Basel has undergone a renovation. The car park used jointly with the Coop store was completely dismantled and renewed.
Renovation of ice water plant Rivella AG
With the new ice water system, Rivella AG is well equipped for an energy-efficient future.
Renovation of the Ex Libris branch in Zurich-Oerlikon
In Oerlikon, we were able to realise the renovation of the Ex Libris branch. During the very short remodelling period, the entire shop was renovated and now shines in new splendour.
Renovation of the Globetrotter branch in Rapperswil
Globetrotter Travel Services AG is one of the leading travel companies in Switzerland and the number 1 for individual travel, true to the motto "Travel moves". The Globetrotter branch in Rapperswil underwent a comprehensive refurbishment.
Renovation Sälischulhaus Olten
The Sälischulhaus in Olten is an important architectural witness to post-war modernism and is a cantonal listed building.
Tenant fit-out Ansaldo Energia Baden
In a prime location in the middle of the city of Baden, we were able to realize the tenant fit-out on behalf of KIRKBI Real Estate. In the listed former central laboratory of Brown, Boveri & Cie.
Tenant fit-out at the Ex Libris AG Dietikon headquarters
Ex Libris AG, an independent company of the Migros Group, reached the limits of its capacity at its previous location. In order to cope with the increasing number of orders, a new location was found for the headquarters for office workplaces, the central warehouse and logistics.
Tenant fit-out at the Varian Medical Systems Imaging Laboratory Baden-Dättwil
The company Varian Medical Systems from Palo Alto, California, USA is dedicated to the fight against cancer and develops and markets complete hardware and software systems for radiation therapy.
