New building MFH Wide View Vorhaldenstrasse Zürich
In the west of Zurich in the Zurich Höngg area at Vorhaldenstrasse 10, the WideView apartment building with 10 residential units was built. The heating is obtained ecologically by means of a brine water heat pump, fed by geothermal probes. The heat is distributed via floor heating with individual room control. Freecooling ensures pleasant temperatures in summer: The lower temperature in the ground is used by means of a heat pump to cool the building with very little energy. The lighting is carried out using modern LED technology. Charging stations are pre-equipped for electric mobility.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
