We take care of the legally requiered periodic examinations of emergency lighting installations, including the necessary documentation.
In case of disturbances of your electrical installations and network that have not yet been clarified, we will gladly analyse the installation and provide a report with possible measures. We offer preventive maintenance utilizing thermographic imaging and screw examinations to nip any potential issues in the bud, to help minimize fire hazards and to prevent costly incidents.
If you manage a property with rental turnover, we can create for you an overview plan of all the rental apartments, their leads and energy meters including serial number of the power supplier. In case of tenant change or modification, this plan will be updated by us.
