New construction of the Alte Leistfabrik residential complex
The "alte Leistenfabrik" development combines tradition and modernity and promises attractive living with a feel-good character. A residential development with 54 units has been built on the site in the style of the factory building. The property consists of 3 point buildings and a long building with 32 residential units.
The industrial-looking façade design with clay-coloured façade panels gives the buildings an additional value and fits in with the location. The technical building equipment corresponds to the current state of the art, with the residential units being connected by fibre optics, as well as having comfort ventilation and universal building cabling.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The electrical installation was newly constructed and corresponds to the current state of the art.
