Tenant fit-out Ansaldo Energia Baden
In a prime location in the middle of the city of Baden, we were able to realize the tenant fit-out on behalf of KIRKBI Real Estate. In the listed former central laboratory of Brown, Boveri & Cie. the expansion was realized for the company Ansaldo Energia Switzerland. The expansion extends over 7 floors and includes almost 7000m2 of rental space.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
