New construction of a multi-family house on a slope
Three structured, two-storey buildings, each offset to the north, are situated on the slightly sloping hillside. The horizontal displacement of the structures gives each flat an attractive view from the living space into the shared garden space in the south, as well as a far-reaching view of the Jura. Two flats of different sizes were placed in each building. The residents reach the flats via a common staircase on the north side of the houses. Three flats are accessed on each of two entrance platforms. In front of each flat is a general laundry room with a drying room.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The entire electrical installation was newly constructed and corresponds to the current state of the art.
