Tenant fit-out at the Ex Libris AG Dietikon headquarters
Ex Libris AG, an independent company of the Migros Group, reached the limits of its capacity at its previous location. In order to cope with the increasing number of orders, a new location was found for the headquarters for office workplaces, the central warehouse and logistics. The central warehouse and online logistics, from which thousands of parcels that are ordered in the online shop, are dispatched every day, are located on the ground floor on over 3,300 m2. The branches are also supplied from Dietikon. Ex Libris AG's office workplaces are on the first floor. The entire area was equipped with modern LED lighting in order to be able to optimally support the work processes. In order to be able to access the workplaces flexibly, they are accessed via cable routes on the ceiling.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was entrusted with the planning and execution of the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
