MIETERAUSBAU BIZ NEXXT ROSENTHALSTRASSE BASEL
In a prime location in the middle of the city of Basel, we were able to realize the tenant fit-out for the education department of the canton of Basel-Stadt. The expansion extends over 3.5 floors and includes almost 3000m2 of rental space. Various instances of the education department are located at Rosentalstrasse 17, including career counseling, teacher supervision, the GAP department, the bridge offers department, the adult education department, the promotion and integration department and the crisis intervention center.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
