New apartment building Wohnen im Alter Nussbaumen
In the center of Nussbaumen we were able to realize the new building of the apartment building Wohnen im Alter. The new Minergie-A-Eco building extends over 4 floors and contains 13 rental apartments for people aged 58 and over.
The electrical energy is produced with a photovoltaic system. The heating is generated by five geothermal probes and a heat pump. Tube collectors were installed on the roof of the attic apartments for hot water preparation. During the warm summer days, a so-called free cooling system turns the floor heating into a cooling system. The central ventilation unit also filters the outside air and, if necessary, warms it by means of heat recovery from the exhaust air, which is also filtered. All in all, a sophisticated and extremely energy-efficient system.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
