New Building GAG Lindenpark Balsthal
The new construction of the Lindenpark Dementia Centre comprises a development of the site with two identical residential buildings, each accommodating 6 residential groups, and a multi-purpose building. Each residential group includes living and sleeping areas, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. The centrally located multi-purpose building houses the offices, as well as a restaurant with associated catering kitchen and cold storage rooms. This building offers the residents rooms to spend time in, such as a hairdresser, wellness area or meeting room. The architecture of the building's circulation areas was realised in exposed concrete and the entire area is controlled by means of the KNX building automation system.
The entire project was awarded the Real Estate Award in the category Project Development in 2022.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
