New construction EFH Berndt Fröschacker Magden
A multi-storey detached house with a wonderful view was built in Magden on a prime hillside location. The building was completely equipped with the KNX building automation control system, with which lighting and shading (blinds and awnings) can be comprehensively and conveniently controlled. Great attention was also paid to the interior fittings and lighting.
The heat is generated by geothermal probes and a heat pump. In the summer months, the building can be cooled using the same system. A photovoltaic system was installed for electricity production, which also supplies the charging stations for e-mobility.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The entire electrical installation was newly constructed and corresponds to the current state of the art.
