New construction EFH Louw Fröschacker Magden
A multi-storey detached house with a wonderful view was built in Magden on a prime hillside location. The lighting and shading (blinds and awnings) of the building are controlled by a conventional control system. Great attention was also paid to the interior fittings and lighting. The heating is generated by geothermal probes and by means of a heat pump. In the summer months, the building can be cooled using the same system.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the complete electrical installations. The entire electrical installation was newly constructed and corresponds to the current state of the art.
