New residential development Blauer Garten Birkenweg Rüfenach
Two new residential buildings were built in the center of Rüfenach. At Birkenweg 1, the east residential building was built with a lift, a 3-storey residential building with nine residential units and a lift with direct access to the underground car park. The West residential building was built at Birkenweg 3, a 2-storey residential building with four residential units with a staircase and direct access to the underground car park. Charging stations are pre-equipped for electric mobility.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
