Refurbishment and increase in Widmerstrasse 73a-e Zurich
The apartment buildings on Widmerstrasse in Zurich are four-story property from 1977 with an inner courtyard as access to the 5 house entrances with stairwells and lifts. The building was completely renovated inside and outside and brought up to the current state of the heat and sound insulation regulations. The new, single-storey extension will be realized in timber element construction. The new apartments are accessed via the existing building entrances, the existing, raised staircase and the renewed elevator system in the existing shaft. A total of 55 apartments were completely renovated and 8 apartments were added.
Aare Limmat Elektro AG was commissioned to carry out the entire electrical installation. The entire electrical installation was newly created and corresponds to the current state of the art.
